Automobile%20giant%2C%20Hero%20MotoCorp%2C%20announced%20that%20prices%20for%20the%20two-wheeler%20range%20will%20be%20increased%20by%20Rs%201%2C500%20from%20January%202021.%20The%20announcement%20was%20made%20after%20Mahindra%20and%20Mahindra%20made%20a%20similar%20announcement%20about%20the%20price%20hike.%20Hero%20MotoCorp%20also%20became%20the%20first%20two-wheeler%20company%20to%20announce%20a%20price%20hike%20for%20next%20year.%26nbsp%3B

Hero%20MotoCorp%20made%20a%20net%20profit%20of%20Rs%20953.45%20crore%20in%20the%20last%20quarter%20of%202020%20which%20is%208.99%25%20more%20than%20the%20amount%20made%20in%20the%20last%20quarter%20of%202019.%20In%20a%20filing%2C%20they%20said%2C%20%22In%20order%20to%20partially%20offset%20the%20impact%20of%20the%20commodity%20costs%2C%20we%20will%20be%20increasing%20the%20prices%20of%20our%20products%20by%20up%20to%20Rs%201%2C500%2C%20with%20effect%20from%20January%201%2C%202021.%20The%20price%20hike%20will%20vary%20across%20models%2C%20and%20the%20exact%20quantum%20will%20be%20communicated%20to%20our%20dealers%20in%20due%20course.%22
