app Chingari launched it’s first-ever crypto-token ‘$GARI’. Bollywood film
star Salman Khan unveiled
$GARI at a public event in Mumbai on October 16, 2021. Salman announced his collaboration with the
tech start-up as a brand ambassador. Chingari is the first social network in
India to have issued crypto tokens.

What is Chingari?

Chingari is a popular platform for customized videos, songs, and hyper-realistic AR filters. Chingari offers content in 20+ languages and has 50 million monthly active users with 85 million downloads.

Recently
Chingari received a funding of over $19 million from more than 30 venture funds
and individual investors. The startup will use the funding to build ‘$GARI’
with Solana, a fast-growing ecosystem in crypto technology.

The token will be created in a collaboration with Solana blockchain. Solana’s COO Raj Gokal said that this will improve the relation between creaters and platforms. It will also open new monetory models for creators.

Chingari Integration beta, and the upcoming $GARI token sale.

$GARI aims to empower the content creators by enabling them to monetize their content that includes physical merchandise, NFT creations, and the ability for the fan community to fund their favorite artists.

NFTs. He will release a collection of unique and limited artworks centered on
him – on the BeyondLife.club website, including Sholay posters autographed by
him, verses of ‘Madhushala’ narrated by him with backstories, and rare digital
gems from the past.
