The coronavirus pandemic-induced lockdown in 2020 changed everything for us in a matter of seconds, with offices, public transport and various other essentials of daily life shutting down. As a consequence, for almost one year now, millions of professionals have been working from the comfort of their home.

However, after rolling out of COVID-19 vaccines and the country witnessing a dip in the infection rate, many offices are beginning to reopen. A lot of people are not happy to bid goodbye to the advantages of working from home.

One such employee, who was unhappy to return to office, shared a hilarious video that has gone viral and is relatable for anyone, who don’t want to go back to office.

Instagram user named Harjas Sethi posted a funny video and called out her company’s decision to ask employees to return to work.

She starts her video saying, “kaafi dil dehla dene wali ghatna hui hai mere saath (a very shocking and grisly event happened with me),” she says that it was a very shocking email that she received asking her to return to office for work. “Meri rooh kaamp rahi hai (I am shivering at the thought of going back to office),” she said in the clip as she talked about returning to the traditional office setup.

“I want to ask my employees why do they want to do this? Everyone is happy, the company’s revenue is also increasing and you are saving transport costs and other facilities too.” Ms Sethi then goes on saying that she has learnt to live in pajamas and has forgot jeans and trousers. “Ho naa payega (it won’t be possible),” she said about returning to workspace.

At the end of the video, she said that, “it was all for entertainment purpose and if my employers are watching this video, please don’t fire me.”
