Bollywood actor Taapsee Pannu‘s boyfriend and former badminton player Mathias Boe talked about the mental stress the Income Tax investigation against Pannu has caused to her parents. Taking to Twitter Boe wrote, “Finding myself in a bit of turmoil for the first time as a coach for some great athletes, meanwhile I-T department is raiding Taapsee’s houses back home, putting unnecessary stress on her family, especially her parents.”

The Income Tax Department on Wednesday conducted raids at the properties of film director Anurag Kashyap and actor Taapsee Pannu in Mumbai.

The raids are associated to the director-actor duo promoted Phantom Films, which is also co-promoted by producer Vikas Bahl and is linked to producer Madhu Mantena.

Ever since the raid, Pannu, who is known for being politically eloquent and has raised her voices for many causes time and against including the ongoing farmers’ protest, received support from her colleagues in Bollywood.

Meanwhile, the Income Tax officials said they found a discrepancy in income worth Rs 300 crores after carrying out raid at over 30 properties in Mumbai and Pune as part of a tax evasion probe against Phantom Films.
