Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen
leader Imtiaz Jaleel on Friday accused some Shiv Sena of political bullying by posting a video of some ‘Shiv Sainiks’ brandishing revolver on the Mumbai-Pune
Expressway.

In a video posted
by the Aurangabad MP on Twitter, two men can be seen waving guns at a truck driver in an
attempt to get the way cleared for their vehicle. The car reportedly had a logo
of Shiv Sena on it.

Here is the video:

“It is on the Pune-Mumbai Expressway in Maharashtra! The logo on the vehicle says it all! Shiv Sainiks were branding revolvers on Friday night as they made their way to their vehicle. Can Home Minister / Inspector General of Police take notice of this iniquity?”,  the Aurangabad MP wrote.

Jaleel also tagged
Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray’s office, Home Minister Anil
Deshmukh and the state Director General of Police (DGP) in his tweet asking
them to take cognisance of the utter lawlessness in the state.

Meanwhile, a police case has registered against the unidentified duo at Khopoli in neighboring Raigad district.

“The offence
has been registered against them under section 3/25 of the Arms Act at Khopoli
police station,” a police official said.

On being asked about
the incident, Shiv Sena Lok Sabha MP and party spokesperson Arvind Sawant said,
“All are equal before the law” assuring that necessary steps are being taken to ensure speedy investigation.

So far, the police is trying to get information from
the transport department about the owner of the vehicle based on the registration number.
