gunfight with security forces on Sunday in the Poonch area of Jammu and Kashmir,
PTI reported officials as saying.

According to officials, the terrorists were travelling to the southern
district of Shopian after crossing over the Line of Control (LoC) three days
back, when they were intercepted in a snowy area along Mughal Road on Sunday

information regarding three suspected terrorists.

Trapped in a snowy terrain, the insurgents started shooting
after being asked to surrender, prompting security forces to retaliate and kill
