India-Pakistan and India-Bangladesh borders have it tough. They often brave the
freezing cold of snow-covered mountains and the scorching heat of the desert.
They always surprise us with something we didn’t expect. A video of a jawan
exercising in severe weather is currently circulating on social media. In the
video, a BSF jawan is seen performing pushups in a snowy area.

BSF jawans are setting major
fitness goals by frequently sharing video clips of themselves performing
push-ups in order to stay fit and healthy in the midst of the COVID-19 chaos
and growing border security concerns. Participating in the “Fit India
Challenge,” he shared a video where he is seen doing pushups in the snow-covered area.

The Border Security Force’s
(BSF) official Twitter account uploaded a video that has left people in awe.
The video of a jawan exercising in a snowy area is not only amazing to behold,
but it may also convince you to put down that bag of chips you were just eating.

In the video, a jawan is seen
doing push-ups in a snow-covered landscape. In just 40 seconds, he completes 47
push-ups. “47 push-ups in 40 seconds. Bring it on, #
FitIndiaChallenge,” says the author.

The video has been seen over
27,300 times and has received a lot of praise from social media users. People
couldn’t believe their eyes and applauded the jawan for enduring the cold and
performing the push-ups in such a short period of time.

Just an hour ago, the BSF
released another video of a jawan doing push-ups with only one hand. While
performing the feat, the soldier wore no gloves. The video is motivational
and sets some serious workout goals for the audience.
