It has been one year since Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in his Mumbai apartment. According to his directors and his co stars, he was a versatile actor, who made his debut with a TV show ‘Kis Desh Mein Hai Mera Dil’.

Last year after his death, director-producer Ekta Kapoor took to social media and shared the first-ever shot of Sushant Singh Rajput from his debut show ‘Kis Desh Mein Hai Mera Dil’, which was telecast in 2008. He played the role of Preet Singh Juneja and his character was loved by everyone.

While sharing the video, Ekta penned down a heart warming note for Sushant and remembered him for his acting skills. She wrote, “Lots of love, peace, and prayer for this beautiful, beautiful piece of light and a shining soul.”

In the video posted by Ekta Kapoor, Sushant Singh is seen playing football with his co-star Harshand from the show ‘Kis Desh Mein Hai Mera Dil’.

Sushant Singh Rajput, a 34-year-old actor, was found dead on June 14, 2020. His last movie ‘Dil Bechara’ released on the OTT platform soon after his death.
