On March 10, the results of the 2022 Legislative Assembly elections in Goa, Uttar Pradesh, Manipur, Punjab, and Uttarakhand will be announced.

From February 10 to March 7, voters in the five states went to the polls. In two months, 690 assembly constituencies voted, with UP having the most (403 seats), followed by Punjab (117), Uttarakhand (70), Manipur (60), and Goa (40).

As soon as the counting of ballots cast in five states begins at 8 am on Thursday, various news outlets will report on it.

The Election Commission (EC) also posts the results on its website, which is constantly updated.

According to EC officials, 671 monitors have been assigned to guarantee a fair and calm count. In addition, the Commission stated that 130 police monitors and 10 special observers would be on the ground to guarantee the counting process runs well.
