The options are:
1- 50
2- 210
3- 120
4- 157
Answer: 120.
Red blood cells are the carriers of oxygen in the human body. They travel through the arteries and supply oxygen to all the body parts.
All red blood cells in the human body contain haemoglobin. Haemoglobin is the protein that actually carries oxygen.
RBCs also remove carbon dioxide from the body. They transport the carbon dioxide from various parts of the body to the lungs, which then exhales the CO2.
These cells are created in the bone marrow. They have a life span of 120 days, after which they die.
There are several foods which help the health of red blood cells in our body. Iron-rich foods help RBCs produce haemoglobin. The body also needs certain vitamins to produce healthy red blood cells. If there is not enough iron in the food, it can lead to health issues.
