Natalia Alianovna Romanoff in the Marvel Cinematic Universe is known as the Black Widow. Played by Scarlett Johansson, Natasha Romanoff has several aliases, including Natasha Romanoff (often shortened to %u201CNat%u201D), Natalie Rushman and The Notary. Born in 1984 in Soviet Union, she is one of the founding member of the Avengers and also a master assassin and a spy.

Natasha Romanoff is the daughter of Ivan Romanoff. However, because her father died when she was a child, she was largely raised by Alexei Shostakov, known as the Red Guardian. She trained in the Red Room to be a KGB spy for General Dreykov, who took her under his wing when he found her living alone and orphaned. The Red Room%u2019s cover for their assassin training was ballet, and Black Widow is, indeed, a great ballerina.

After Jeremy Renner%u2018s Hawkeye is sent to kill Natasha, they actually become close friends. She then joined Nick Fury’s S.H.I.E.L.D. and later joining the Avengers. She is close friends with Hawkeye (Clint Barton) and his wife and acts as an aunt figure to his children.

Why is she called Black Widow?

In Marvel’s, Natasha (played by Scarlett Johansson) was the Red Room%u2019s star student, and her skills in marksmanshi %u2014 as well as her apparent ruthlessness and efficiency in missions %u2014 earned her the title %u201CBlack Widow%u201D from her instructors.

What is the personality of Black Widow?

Natasha is whipsmart, courageous and one of the most capable Avengers despite not having any superpowers. She is cool under pressure and doesn%u2019t let her ego get the best of her, unlike most of her fellow heroic counterparts.
