Simmons, better known by his stage name Dark Man X or DMX, is an American Rapper.
DMX has made many chartbusters like “X Gon’ Give It to Ya” and “Where the hood
at?”.
DMX had been hospitalized on April 3, 2021, after a reported drug overdose and a heart attack. He died on April 9 at the age of 50.

The rapper had accomplished many things during his music career. He formed a close bond with Jay Z and Ja Rule. After collaborating with
each other many times, the trio formed a group known as Murder Inc. The group
was short-lived as DMX had issues with Jay Z.
After the break-up of the band, DMX
went on to diss Ja Rule and said that Ja was stealing DMX’ style of delivery.
They never officially ended their feud until 2009 at VH1’s Hip Hop Honors.

DMX has
been open about his addiction to crack cocaine. In February 10, 2016, he had been found unresponsive
and has been admitted to the hospital. DMX has faced many
legal issues through-out the years.
