Mumbai-based film producer was allegedly seen ramming his car into his wife,
according to a viral video cited to be the security footage from the parking
lot where the incident happened. The film producer has been identified as Kamal
Kishor Mishra. The video shows Mishra hitting his wife with his car as she
falls down, police said Wednesday, October 26. The incident took place on
October 19.

Kamal
Kishor Mishra is a Mumbai-based film producer. He was born in Gonda, Uttar
Pradesh and graduated from Lal Bahadur Shastri College. Mishra made his Bollywood
debut in 2019, according to the IMDb profile of the producer.
Mishra is
known for films such as Bhootiyapa, Flat No. 42, Sharmaji Ki Lag Gayi and
Dehati Disco.
Dehati
Disco, his most recent film, released earlier this year, revolves around the
lives of a few youngsters really into dancing. Choreographer Ganesh Acharya
plays the lead in the film. Along with Mishra, the film was coproduced by Vaseem
Qureshi and Gitesh Chandrakar.
On October
19, Kamal Kumar Mishra was seen sitting in a car with a woman when his wife
went to confront him, media reports say. Mishra was in the driver’s seat. As
the altercation heated up, Mishra drove his car into his wife. Mishra’s wife is
said to have injured her head, arms and legs. Mishra’s wife has been identified
as Yasmine by Hindi media websites.
The
incident happened at a parking lot near Andheri.
Police have
registered an FIR against Mishra under relevant sections of the Indian Penal
Code (IPC), including 279 rash driving and 3 (causing hurt by act endangering
life or personal safety of others), at the Amboli police station, according to
PTI report.
