A cannabis grower in the US has created the ‘world’s largest’ weed brownie that weighs 385 kg and contains 20,000 mg of THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), the principal psychoactive constituent of the plant.

For people who do not know, a brownie baked with marijuana and eaten for its psychoactive effects is termed an edible. These are called cannabis edibles because they are homemade or produced food products that contain decarboxylated cannabinoids from cannabis extract as a vigorous ingredient.

Pot brownies look rather like regular brownies in size and shape. Since their purpose is more for the high than the taste, they’re usually not that big.

The enormous edible is 15 inches tall and has a 3 ft by 3 ft  footprint. According to accounts, it was made to commemorate National Brownie Day.

MariMed just released ‘Bubby’s Baked,’ which are little brownie bites infused with marijuana. But they also decided to create a large version of it during an attempt to make the most important brownie ever made.

“We wanted to try and do something big to celebrate the launch of our Bubby’s Baked infused food line, and what might be bigger than the World’s Largest Cannabis Brownie, ” MariMed’s Chief Product Officer, Ryan Crandall, said TMZ.

“Homemade brownies were many people’s first experience of cannabis-infused consumables. “Bubby’s recreates and amplifies that nostalgic experience by infusing full-spectrum, craft-quality cannabis into time-honoured recipes for a consistent high that harkens back to simpler times,” he continued. As for the other ingredients used in the making, bakers had to crack open 1,344 eggs, use 36 kg of flour and a far bigger amount of weed.
