The German countess did not have any
children or close relatives as per multiple reports. People who bear the
responsibility of managing the dog’s estate have managed to amass a fortune of
around $500 million and the number is expected to grow in the future.

They have invested the dog’s money wisely
in mansions as well as villas all over the world. This time they have gone with
real estate agent Ruthie Assouline, a member of the Assouline Team at Compass,
to sell the mansion in Miami.

The agent found it hard it to believe when
he was first informed of a dog owning the property. Ruthie Assouline and
co-lister Ethan Assouline had to undergo a sniff test before receiving approval
from the property owner.
