Indian fans
have gone through a whole spectrum of emotions over the course of the ongoing
World Test Championship final against New Zealand. From the anxiety of rain
washing out play, to the dejection of watching the batting crumble twice and
the elation of Mohammed Shami taking apart the Kiwi batsmen, we have experienced
it all.
However,
one particular fan went through a roller coaster of emotions like no one else,
and a clip of him reacting to Ajinkya Rahane’s dismissal has gone viral on social
media.
The fan in question was celebrating a moment of fame when the cameraman
focused on him just as Rahane got an edge down the leg side which was caught by
keeper BJ Watling. And his emotions took a complete u-turn as soon as he realised
what happened on the pitch.
