With the ICC Decade Awards being rolled out, Scotland has taken the reins with getting awards in both, Men's cricket and Women's cricket. Batsman Kyle Coetzer secured the men's title of being the “Associated Cricketer of the Decade” after scoring 2277 runs in ODI matches.
On the other hand, Kathryn Bryce had an outstanding record of an average of 50 runs in T20 international matches won the same award in the women's category.
Bryce, who recently signed a full-time ECB contract, plays for the Loughborough Lightning. In her tweet, she paid her respect to every woman who has played for Scotland's team before her and thanked them for their contribution.
