Bebinca is widely known as bibik or bebinka. The sweet dish is a traditional layer cake of Goa, India. Bebinca is derived from Indo-Portuguese cuisine. Traditionally, Bebinka has somewhat around between 7 and 16 layers. However, the number of layers can be added or reduced as per one's taste.
