How long should we work out
every day to lose weight?

According
to Dehra, one hour of workout is enough every day for desirable
results. She recommends more muscle and strength exercises rather than
high-intensity training. Working out for longer hours will not deliver speedy results but will exhaust the body.

Strength
training, also called weight training or resistance training is pitching the
body against some type of resistance including one’s own body weight, barbells,

Should you regularly change
your workout routine?

Dehra
noted that hopping from one routine to other both in terms of exercise and diet
is the most common mistake we all make. Rather one should stick to one
particular routine and follow that religiously to get desired results.

Is it advisable to lose 10
kilos a month?

Unrealistic
expectations kill most healthy lifestyles. According to Dehra, losing 10 kilos
a month is unhealthy as to reach that goal one will have to starve. Now this
will lead to a lack of energy and strength in the body.
