Post-Holi skincare tips:

  1. After playing Holi, splash some cold water on your face to get the extra colour washed off.
  2. Use foaming face wash and massage your face gently for 30 seconds to a minute before rinsing. Use body wash and shampoo for other parts of your body and scalp respectively. You can also apply cleansing milk after this step.
  3. Once the colours are removed, dip some cotton into coconut oil and apply it to your skin.
  4. For the next few days, you can apply homemade face masks to help the skin regain its PH balance and radiance.
  5. Do not exfoliate your skin as it can worsen any damage or skin irritation.
  6. Avoid using too much makeup for at least a week. Do not try heat-based treatments during this time.
