schedule, we are not able to find the time and end up eating takeaways and

Sautéed vegetables

Ingredients:

Diced
vegetables of your choice – Cabbage, mushroom, capsicum, tomatoes, zucchini,
etc.

Olive oil 1
teaspoon

Finely
chopped garlic cloves 4

Salt and
pepper to taste

Method:

Heat oil in
a pan

Once the oil
is hot, add garlic

Sauté for 10
seconds and add vegetables, except capsicum

Season it
with salt and pepper

Cover the
lit and let it cook

Add capsicum

You may add
soy sauce, and vinegar to add flavours

Pro tip:

Adding
capsicum at the end ensures that the veggies are crispy. 

Banana honey smoothie

Ingredients:

Yogurt
(frozen) 400ml

Bananas
(frozen) 2

Honey 2
teaspoons

Pumpkin
seeds 2 teaspoons

Water 10ml

Method:

Blend peeled
bananas and yogurt together

Add honey,
pumpkin seed, and a dash of water

Give it a
good whisk till smooth

Pour in tall
a glass and garnish it with seeds and honey.
