incomplete without a delicious dessert, isn’t it? But the recipe doesn’t have
to be an elaborate one, especially during the pandemic where managing
ingredients can be a task.

However, we
all know that there is nothing better on a crisp afternoon than filling your home
with the scent of a freshly-made dessert. So, why not try a few easy-to-make
recipes – From cakes to cookies to pies and more, there are plenty of options
to choose from when it comes to dessert.

No-bake vegan cake:

The recipe
requires just three easily available ingredients and doesn’t need to be baked.
The best part of this dessert is that it can be enjoyed by vegans.

Ingredients:

Oatmeal 2.5
cups

Dark
chocolate 170 g

Coconut milk
1.5 cups

Method:

·       Chop the dark chocolate and transfer
to a glass bowl.

·       Take a thick base pan and add coconut
milk on medium heat.

·       Pour it over the dark chocolate and
allow the chocolate melt a bit.

·       Mix it well.

·       Add oatmeal and fold until combined.

·       Use a round cake pan, a parchment sheet
and grease it with butter.

·       Add the oatmeal and chocolate mixture
into it and flatten. Let it cool at room temperature for 15 minutes.

·       Refrigerate it for 3-4 hours.

Banana pudding

If you are
planning to throw the ripe bananas, then don’t. Use those to make a delicious
pudding without putting in a lot of efforts.

Ingredients:

Butter 125g
Ripe bananas 2
A pinch of salt
Egg 1
Brown sugar 1.5 cup
Flour ¾ cup
Baking powder ¾ teaspoon

Method:

·       Take a saucepan and heat the butter
on high flame for four minutes until it turns golden brown.

·       Cool and transfer it into a bowl/

·       Mash ripe bananas with sugar and eggs.

·       Mix well.

·       Add brown butter and whisk it
properly.

·       Put in the flour and baking powder.

·       Bake at 180 degree centigrade in a
pre-heated oven for 15 minutes.

Enjoy it with salted caramel sauce or
ice cream!
