We all love spending our evenings
with friends partying, sharing drinks. During the ongoing pandemic, going out
is not the best option, however, we can still enjoy our time at home and learn
some refreshing cocktails that are quick and easy-to-make.

From the midsummer highball to
the New York sour, these are the cocktail recipes we can always depend on.

MIDSUMMER HIGHBALL

 Ingredients

Glenfiddich
12 Year Old 60 ml

Your
favourite tea, cooled** 30 ml 

Soda water
(or Ginger ale if you like the sweetness)

Orange Slice

Mint Leaves

Method

Add the
whisky and tea to a Collins glass with 3 big blocks of ice and stir.

Top with the
soda water.

Garnish with
Orange Slice and Mint leaves

** Try using
the Hibiscus/Mint Tea or Oolong Tea for a refreshing zesty taste.

NEW YORK SOUR

Ingredients

Glenfiddich
12 Year Old 50 ml

Lemon juice 22
ml

Simple syrup
/ Honey water/ Maple Syrup 15 ml

Egg
white (optional) 1

Red wine
infused with Hibiscus leaves** 10 ml

 Method

Add all
ingredients except for the wine into a shaker with ice and shake

Strain into
a rocks glass over fresh ice

Slowly pour
the wine over the back of a bar spoon so that it floats on top of the drink

**Infuse
hibiscus flavours in your red wine by leaving a few hibiscus leaves in your red
wine in a closed container or the wine bottle itself.

Highland Embrace

Ingredients

Singleton of
Glen Ord 12-year-old 60 ml

Honey 30 ml

Freshly
squeezed Lemon juice 20 ml

Freshly
squeezed Orange juice 20 ml

Star Anise 1
piece

Boiling
water 100 ml

Method

Add all
ingredients into a coffee mug and top with the boiling water. Stir the mixture
together and serve

Garnish: Wedge
of Fresh Citrus
