Sudha Reddy, philanthropist and Indian billionaire Megha Krishna Reddy's wife, made her Met Gala debut on Monday at New York's Metropolitan Museum of Art as the only Indian celebrity in this year's event. The businesswoman shared glimpses of her outfit and smashing entry at Met Gala 2021 on her social media and she looks absolutely stunning.

Reddy opted for a metallic gold body-hugging gown with its' au courant cuts entailing a shimmering 4-meter flared trail with the prints and designs borrowed from the American flag and with refined 3D adornments of Swarovski crystals, sequins and bugle beads. The dress was designed by celebrity fashion designer duo Falguni And Shane Peacock.

Reddy tied her hair into a tight bun and was accessorised by the jewellery designer and gem maestro Farah Khan who has designed a custom-designed statement earpiece and hair accessory called 'Dreamy Decadence' for the red carpet look.

Reddy also shared some behind the stage images of herself getting ready for the Met Gala event. In the images, Sudha can be seen getting her hair and make-up done for the party. But what caught everyone's attention was the enthralling nail design she opted for.

The Hyderabad-based tycoon got her nails done by nail art designer Fluery Rose, who gave her a long metallic gold design that looks spot-on dramatic for the Met Gala 2021.

Sudha Reddy has moved from 'cheque philanthropy' to 'hands-on philanthropy'. Her organisation the Sudha Reddy Foundation has socially and economically empowered lakhs of people in Telangana. Reddy has worked towards affordable healthcare and accessible education in the state.

Reddy was the only Indian to be invited to the Global Gift Gala and nominated for The Global Gift Empowerment Of Women Award. She had donated grants to two charities- 'Action Against Hunger and Fight Hunger Foundation' and 'Breast Cancer Research Foundation' in Paris with Elizabeth Hurley in attendance.
