Billy-Joe Grey makes Rs 1.5 lakh per month selling his used socks on the internet. He sells used socks for £10 to £30 per pair, and he can sell up to 12 pairs per week. Until someone asked about it on his OnlyFans net web page, the UK guy had no idea there was a market for secondhand socks.
He wears them for several days before mailing them to his customers. He earns a monthly income of £1,600 (Rs 1.53 lakh) by selling his worn socks online. Gray goes on to say that his family and friends are supportive of his unique employment choice.

Gray, who lives in Chelsea, London, claims to wear the socks for days at a time before packing them in zip-lock bags and mailing them to consumers. Customers’ particular requirements are also taken into account for an additional fee.
According to Times Now, Gray was quoted in Mirror as saying “I started OnlyFans just over a year ago and through OnlyFans, you get requests for items of clothing, whether that be socks, boxers or gym tops. A lot of guys had an interest in it because I have massive support from the LGBTQ+ community. They’re like my main audience.”

He added, “They help support my page and I do videos and content for them on my website as well as through TikTok and Instagram.”
Gray further explained, “I have a lot of Americans who buy my used underwear and my used socks and keep them for their own enjoyment. I get regular buyers who will buy used socks all the time. I’ll go to the gym on specific days for them and wear them over the course of one to three days for them. We’ll then talk about a price and how much they’d be happy to pay. It’s on an individual basis how much they sell for. If I can sell my used socks for £10, £20 or £30 a time, I will.”

Gray added, “The sweatier and more stretched they are, the better. I’ll go running and stuff, and put them in a zip lock bag, and then put them in discreet packaging – in case they live at home with their parents, their husband or wife.”
“My sales all come through Instagram. Americans love buying white Nike socks. I’ve found that my TikTok branches out more to them than it does to people in the UK,” he stated.
