On International Password Day, the Uttarakhand police department tweeted, “This International Password Day, make sure your password is as difficult as Elon Musk’s son’s name, to have optimal digital security. Stay cyber safe.” 

A poster attached to the tweet reads, “Elon Musk named his son X A-Xii, and you can’t think of a strong and reliable password?” Happy Password Day.”

Musk began dating Grimes, a singer, in May 2018 and in May 2020, she gave birth to their son, X AE A-XII. X is now two.

X was born with the name X A-12, but the letters “Æ” and “12” violated California law because they are not part of the English alphabet, forcing his parents to change his name.

In September 2021, Page Six exclusively reported that Musk and Grimes had split up.

What is International Password Day?
