A CCTV footage posted on social media shows a dog peeing on a woman.

The viral video depicts a hunched woman sitting on a ledge, looking distressed, when a dog walks up to her and pees on her.

The clip, shared by the Twitter account Animals Being Jerks, is approaching 7 lakh views online and has, unsurprisingly, split the internet.

One user shared a similar experience and wrote, “My dog did that to someone sitting on a bench, I was mortified.”

Many amusing replies followed with a user saying, “I would be pissed,” with laughing emojis and another said, “yes you belong to me, that’s the rule.”

Earlier this year, a similar dog peeing incident went viral in which a woman allowed her dog to pee inside Trader Joe’s, a popular supermarket in the United States.

In the video, a Trader Joe’s employee can be seen and heard yelling, “Is this anybody’s dog?” while pointing to a dog standing near a full grocery cart in the video footage. A puddle of dog pee can be seen beneath the cart.

When a woman came around the corner to claim the dog, the employee told her, “Your dog just peed on the floor, ma’am.”I know, I know,” the woman admitted.

“And just so you know, dogs are not allowed in here,” the employee stated.

The woman pulled her dog closer to her by the leash as the video ends, but she makes no move to clean up the urine. She asked the employee to clean up the dog’s mess, according to the video’s caption.

It is unknown whether the dog owner cleaned up after her pet. Viewers praised the Trader Joe’s employee in the video’s comments for calling the woman out.
