According to Herman, she should have been allowed to live in the home in Hobe Sound, Florida, for the coming five years but Woods used ‘trickery’ after breaking up with her in October.

Herman also sued Tiger’s trust, the Jupiter Island Irrevocable Homestead Trust. It is because trust is the legal owner of his Hobe Sound mansion where the two lived together for six years.

She also said that she provided ‘valuable services’ at Woods’s requests as part of an ‘oral tenancy agreement,’ that gave her the right to live in the property for a ‘certain duration of time.’
