Manchester United goalkeeper André Onana was severely criticized on social media for his multiple fumbles and mistakes during the game against FC Bayern Munich.
Throughout the game, Bayern had an upper hand on Man United due to some early mistakes from the keeper. However, in the second half of the game, Man United made a decent comeback but failed to convert that into a victory as they lost the match by 4-3.

Several fans on social media reacted to the mishaps and took no time to school Onana for his poor gameplay. One user wrote, “Still haven’t gotten over the fact that Onana this same Onana is on the list of FIFA Best Men’s goalkeeper mean while Allison didn’t make the cut!…”

André Onana, a prominent professional football player from Nkol Ngok, Cameroon, is well-known for playing the role of a goalie. His professional career began in Barcelona’s junior program, and in 2015, he advanced to the senior squad. He quickly cemented his name as one of the top goalkeepers in the Netherlands when he started a loan stint with Ajax of the Eredivisie. Ajax won two KNVB Cups and three Eredivisie championships during his leadership.
Onana made a notable move in 2022 when he accepted a free transfer to Inter Milan. His performances were crucial in leading the team to the UEFA Champions League championship game. Onana made a high-profile move to Manchester United the following year for almost €50 million in transfer fees.
