New York Jets fans were not happy with the performance of their team’s quarterback Zach Wilson in Sunday’s game against the New England Patriots and one fan in particular yelled so hard at the athlete that his teeth were seen physically coming out of his mouth.
The hilarious sight was caught by the cameraman during the game and a meme of the moment has gone viral on social media. Here is the video:
Wilson completed 4-of-9 passes for 25 yards with just under 10 minutes remaining in the second quarter. One of their drive ended with another three-and-out.

Broadway Joe had some questions about Wilson due to his poor performance at MetLife Stadium spotlight Sunday. In a post on X, formerly known as Twitter, Joe Namath asked if Wilson is “playing like he’s being coached.” “He’s making choices that are not intuitive to the quarterback position,” Namath wrote.
Wilson is a replacement for Jets QB Aaron Rodgers’ replacement after the latter went down with a shocking, season-ending injury just four plays into his tenure with the Jets. Rodgers was lost for all of 2023 after rupturing his Achilles tendon during the team’s season opener against the Buffalo Bills on Sept. 11.

The Jets traded for Rodgers to take over for Wilson, who has struggled during his time with the Jets. Rodgers is an 18-year veteran and four-time NFL MVP with a Super Bowl ring. He was traded from the Packers, the only team he had played for in his professional career. After the move by the Jets, many felt that the team instantly became Super Bowl contenders, reviving a franchise that had failed to win a championship since Super Bowl III in 1969.
Wilson, on the other hand, soared before the 2021 NFL Draft. It was why the Jets selected him in the first round with the second overall pick, behind only Trevor Lawrence of the Jacksonville Jaguars.
