Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson and Ronnie Stanley were involved in a heated argument during the fourth quarter of the Monday Night Football game vs the New Orleans Saints. The game is played at the Mercedez Benz Stadium in New Orleans.

There verbal spat between the offensive tackle, Stanley and Jackson occurred during the fourth quarter at a 2nd and 5 position. It was deemed a delay of game call against the visiting team.

Jackson threw the ball on the ground in the direction of his offensive line. Stanley instantly went in the direction of his team’s quarterback and had few words. Other players from the Ravens team including OT Morgan Moses and Guard Kevin Zeitler came in the middle of the two and talked with them as they hoped to end the quarrel.

Ravens won the game 27-13 to win their second consecutive road game. They were victorious against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 8 which was played at Tampa’s home, Raymond James Stadium.

It was a game where the Ravens dominated from start to finish. Jackson completed 12 of his 22 passes for a touchdown and 133 passing yards. He rushed 11 times with the ball for 84 yards.

During the game, the 2019 NFL MVP became the fastest player to have 100 passing touchdowns and 4000+ rushing yards. He achieved his feat in his fifth season only, playing in just 67 games. The number two on the list, Randall Cunnigham took 98 games to claim the record.

A new league record was made during the game. As Jackson had 84 rushing yards in the game, the total tally for combined rush yards by all QBs in a single week became 801 which is the most in league history.

The Ravens have a bye week now and will welcome the Carolina Panthers in Week 10 on November 20.
