American pop singer Bebe Rexha and French DJ David Guetta performed at the halftime of the Detroit Lions‘ Thanksgiving game against the Buffalo Bills at the Ford Field Stadium on Thursday.

Bills lead 17-14 at the end of the first two quarters.

Big Sean was the halftime performer of last year’s game. Lions had taken on the Chicago Bears on November 25, 2021, losing with a final score of 14-16. 

Bebe Rexha made a name for herself in the music industry after contributing lyrics to Eminem and Rihanna‘s 2015 smash hit “The Monster.” In 2015 and 2016, she had high-profile features on G-“Me, Eazy’s Myself & I” and Martin Garrix’s “In The Name of Love.”

Rexha’s music has inspired numerous viral moments, with her most recent collaboration with Guetta, “I’m Good (Blue),” becoming a TikTok anthem.

Three games are lined up for this year’s Thanksgiving Day. The other two apart from the ongoing Bills vs Lions game are between NFC East teams, Dallas Cowboys and New York Giants at the AT&T Stadium at 4:20 PM E.T for a Week 3 rematch and Minnesota Vikings vs New England Patriots at the U.S Bank Stadium at 8:20 PM E.T. Vikings are coming off a blowout loss against the Cowboys last week, where the final score read 40-3.

Bills’ QB Josh Allen passed for one and ran for another during the first 30 minutes of the game. Wide receiver Isaiah McKenzie was the recipient of the 22nd passing TD for the quarterback. In the second quarter, he fumbled the ball first and after collecting it, ran straight into the middle of the Lions’ defense for his fifth rushing endzone play.
