Days before his death, Jo Lindner shared a message on body positivity through his Instagram account.

Sharing his journey, the 30 year old body builder wrote, “When I lost my gains because I went off everything for 1 year but then could not recover my own test levels so went back on trt. Trust me I tried to stop but be aware it might have long term effects for your life. Trt is a big commitment keep that in mind 🤝🏽last pic Show lot of size differences like – swole and not swole u can see at chest etc all slim down even my waist is smaller back then.”

“To be aware the comparison is left no pump and right – natty pic is full pump . Otherwise it’s even more haha . also my stomach now due to my hernia surgery now it’s a new hernia there and it makes my stomach bigger. Overall this post should show that even as a natural u can look amazing and y just need to get in shape !!”

Jo had previously disclosed publicly his fear of passing away as a result of his uncommon muscular illness, Rippling muscle disease. His main worry was that he might be at risk for heart attacks due to overtraining. Popularly known as Joesthetics, he explained that this is the reason why he limits the number of tournaments he enters and gives himself adequate time to recover and rest.
