After being heckled, quarterback Cam Newton allegedly made an offensive gesture toward the crowd.
At a football camp on Monday, the well-known football star responded to a troll by making an obscene hand motion in front of his genitalia, according to TMZ.

Video of the incident shows that a fan taunted Newton when he was taking part in Donald De La Haye’s “1ON1” tour in New Orleans. Newton has previously played quarterback for the Panthers and the Patriots.

When Newton grew weary of the fan mocking him, he went over to deal with this individual. Newton was the 2015 NFL MVP when he guided Carolina to an NFC championship.

The video captured the NFL quarterback being yelled at by an audience member at one point, who asked “How many rings you got?” To this Cam replied, “None.” The heckler then remarked that the two men have “the same amount.”

At that point, Newton, an 11-year NFL veteran, responded to the fan once more and concluded with an X-rated gesture. “But we don’t got the same bank account,” Newton remarked before making the move towards the fan.

Another fan commented at that point, saying, “You’re too famous to be acting like that.” Shortly after that, the tape ends, but not before Newton can be heard saying, “No, no, don’t play the victim now.”
