Will the two be fined for the celebration?

In 2016, Elliott had jumped into the tub after scoring for Dallas. Two years later, in 2018, the RB threw $21 into the kettle on Thanksgiving day to raise awareness.

Back in 2016, NFL did not fine the Dallas Cowboys player. Officials threw a flag on the running back. In 2018, Elliot was fined $13,369.
