Chelsea coach Thomas Tuchel kept faith with Timo Werner up front for their Champions League quarter-final first leg against Porto in Seville on Wednesday.

Werner, who has scored only twice in his last 32 matches, was preferred to Olivier Giroud while Tammy Abraham was back in the squad, but only on the bench.

In all there were five changes from the defeat by West Brom on Saturday, with Andreas Christensen and Antonio Rudiger among those to come in at the back.
