The Commonwealth Games 2022 is knocking on the door and Indian athletes seem ready to showcase their talents at the event. One of the most prestigious sporting events available for the Commonwealth nations, the tournament will display some of the best athletes in the world and Indians will not be left behind.

India recently announced a 215-member contingent to take part in the tournament. The Indian contingent will be participating in 16 events out of a possible 20. 108 men and 107 women are part of the Indian side as the country is set to mark its 18th appearance at the event. A number of top athletes have been included in the Indian contingent including Tokyo Olympics gold medallists Neeraj Chopra, Lovlina Borgohain and others.
