With the Rams behind 13-0 in the second quarter, standout wide receiver Cooper Kupp—who was already having trouble with the offense—may have suffered a setback. After blocking on a run play, Kupp hobbled to the ground, causing the Los Angeles medical staff to quickly assess him for what appeared to be a lower-body injury.

Kupp was then sent to the locker room for more examination. Following the assessment, he was given the return status “questionable,” with an ankle injury given as the reason. Kupp’s past includes being out for the first eight games of the previous season with an ankle ailment and missing the first four games of the current season due to a hamstring issue.
