Dr. Disrespect was suspended from Twitch and had his channel deleted in June 2020 for unexplained reasons. According to sources, the prohibition is in place permanently. A month later, he started streaming again on YouTube, with one stream reaching a peak of over 510,000 concurrent viewers. He had more than 4 million YouTube subscribers as of December 2022.

Dr. Disrespect typically presents a cutthroat, witty, and loud on-stream persona. In the streaming community, he is frequently seen as an entertainer rather than a competitive gamer.

ESPN described him as “a WWE character in the competitive gaming world” while he himself had once said, “I created a character who plays multiplayer video games, and he’s considered the most dominating gaming specimen.”

Beahm has a daughter and is married. After admitting to cheating on his wife, he took a two-month break from streaming in December 2017 to concentrate on his marriage.
