The Indian cricket squad has a busy year ahead of them, with the T20 World Cup in Australia the most important match of 2022.

The second Test against South Africa will take place at the Wanderers in Johannesburg from January 3 to 7, followed by the third and final Test of the series in Cape Town from January 11 to 15. Before hosting the West Indies and Sri Lanka, India will play South Africa in one-day internationals.

After that, the international season will be interrupted by the IPL 2022 season, which will feature two new clubs from Lucknow and Ahmedabad. After that, India will tour England and compete in the Asia Cup before the T20 World Cup.
