Sara Lee, the former WWE wrestler, committed suicide by taking a lethal cocktail of alcohol and pills, a new autopsy report revealed. The former Tough Enough winner died in October 2022 and reports then described her death as a sudden passing away. TMZ Sports reported the official cause of death on Friday, citing records from the Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office. Lee was 30.

The report further states that in the documents the officials have said that the wrestler had left a letter of intent at the scene before her death. It adds that Lee had bruises and abrasions on her body at the time of her passing. However, they suspected that she might have suffered injuries due to a fall or falls while she was in an intoxicated state.
Sara Ann Lee was an American television personality and professional wrestler, best known for her time in WWE. In 2015, she was the female winner of the sixth season of the WWE competition Tough Enough. She was born on June 7, 1992, in Saginaw, Michigan, and raised in Hope Township, Michigan.
After her death, the entire wrestling world was devastated. The WWE released a statement saying that they were saddened to hear about the passing of Lee.
