All the “must-win” series before the trade deadline have ended up with the Bronx Bombers and they are taking a step forward, only to take one right back. The New York Yankees have won four consecutive games entering another series with the Boston Red Sox this weekend at Fenway Park.

The Boston Red Sox has a much bigger picture in mind right now as they entered Friday night’s play with a one game-lead on Tampa Bay Rays. The Yankees started the year 0-7 against the Red Sox prior to beat the Red Sox twice last weekend. So, enjoy the Red Sox vs. Yankees match with the Fox Super 6 app on Saturday at 4:05 p.m. ET.

To win $1000, you need to answer all six questions in the MLB Late Inning Challenge game. The game is easy and free to play, you have to just download the FOX Super 6 app on your phone or mobile device. There are six things you should know about the game to win

  1. The first time Yankees and Red Sox met this season was on June 4 in the Bronx. Saturday game will mark the 12th game they’ve played since then. Yankees did win two out of three last weekend in New York to hold serve, but Red Sox dominated the series.

2. Yankees hoped that starting pitcher Jameson Taillon would give them stability, but he didn’t give them the length of any kind. Meanwhile, Taillon has given the Yankees more than six innings of work three times in the 18 starts this season, which included 6.1 innings each on May 7 and June 24, and a seven-inning performance against the Mariners on July 6.

3. Along the same line, Nathan Eovaldi has three performances of seven-inning or more this season. Red Sox is 3-0 in those games. The right-hander has seemed to cool off, going less than six innings in three of his last five starts and running up obscenely high pitch counts in a five-inning performance last Saturday against Yankees.

4. The Yankees have been a better hitting team on the road (.242 batting average/.320 on-base/.720 OPS) than they are at home (.228/.325/.719), but they are not hitting well with runners in scoring position on the road, just .209 heading into Friday.

5. Rafael Devers would be mentioned in the American League MVP conversation in any other year. However, the Boston third baseman is hitting .281 entering Saturday and was among the leaders in homers and RBIs. Besides, the Red Sox are a surprise contender.

6. Nothing is over until it’s over in this history of the rivalry. Being said that, it’s getting close to over for the Bombers. The final game of the weekend will determine the amount of suspense for the rest of the season in the Bronx.
