However, Mumbai controlled the death overs to fizzle out a Delhi onslaught, restricting them to a total of 156/7. The defending champions got off to a great start in the chase as well, with Quinton de Kock and Rohit Sharma scoring 45 runs in four overs. The skipper went on to score a 51-ball 68 to put his team on the brink of victory are excellent support from Ishan Kishan, who stuck till the end to see out the win.
