Gujarat Titans are yet to lose a match in the IPL. Hardik Pandya and company are the team to beat in the 2022 season. On Monday, they will look to maintain the streak when the Sunrisers Hyderabad host them at the DY Patil Stadium, Navi Mumbai. 

The Titans, one of the two new teams in the league, opened their campaign with a win against the other debutants Lucknow Super Giants. Pandya’s men then secured victories versus the Delhi Capitals and Punjab Kings.

Against PBKS, Gujarat played a last-ball thriller. With 12 required off two balls, hard-hitter Rahul Tewatia deposited Odean Smith’s deliveries in the slot for maximums over mid wicket. However, it was Shubman Gill who was named the player of the match for his 96-run knock in 59 balls. 

The Sunrisers Hyderabad on the other hand came back to winning ways after facing losses in their first two games. Against the Chennai Super Kings youngster Abhishek Sharma scored 75 runs in 50 balls to orchestrate his side’s win.
