Lamar Jackson and the Ravens spent a lot of time negotiating a new and better contract and they ultimately reached an agreement on the first day of the NFL Draft, making the quarterback the highest-paid player in history. Odell Beckham Jr. also signed a one-year contract as a wide receiver, while Boston College’s Zay Flowers was chosen in the first round.
