In a video shared by NBA skills trainer Chris Brickley on social media, Stefon Diggs, the Buffalo Bills wide receiver, was seen practicing basketball at the Summit NYC gym. 

“@stefondiggs gotta be one of the best hoopers in the NFL!,” Chris Brickley captioned the workout video.

In the video, the three-time Pro Bowler was seen doing a couple of nice step-backs, a reverse layup, and a turnaround fadeaway. Diggs also displayed his range of shooting by hitting one behind the arc. 

The most impressive of all was a massive dunk he scored coming on to the net unopposed.

“To be this smooth when your main sport is football is impressive. Just shows the kind of athlete he is,” one user wrote.

“I swear to God, who ever sets foot in this gym, turns into Michael Jordan. It’s incredible,” another one said. 

“I hoop y’all appreciate the athletic ability of NBA players after this video. Man looks stuck in the mud during some of those moves,” the third one said.

Another user wrote with some moderation: “These are athletic anomalies; hence their professional status. They’re better than average at almost sports, I’d bet.”
