Jack Grealish, the Manchester City forward signed for £100 million from Aston Villa, reportedly had consensual sex with one of the rape victims at City teammate Benjamin Mendy’s house party.

The 23-year-old victim was allegedly raped on the same night by Louis Saha Matturie, a co-accused with Benjamin Mendy in a series of rape incidents that took place at the latter’s house in Cheshire between October 2018 and August last year.

Mendy, the 28-year-old French defender, has been accused of seven counts of rape against four women. Another incident of sexual assault and attempted rape was also reported by a different woman against the 2018 FIFA World Cup winner. All the incidents took place at his residence in Cheshire.

Grealish’s name came up in the investigation during an interview given to the police by one of the victims, identified as Woman 10 due to privacy concerns.

Woman 10 told the police that she came looking for Woman 11 in the lounge after she was allegedly raped by Mendy, according to a report by The Mirror. In the exchange with Woman 11, she found out that Woman 11 had sex with Jack Grealish.

“[Woman 11] told me she had sex with Jack. I don’t know whether that was consensual or non-consensual. I don’t know what that was. But she was talking about it,” she said to the police.
