A ‘Lets Go Giants’ chant broke in the US Bank Stadium as New York Giants dominated the Minnesota Vikings in the first two quarters of the wild-card game on Sunday.
“An audible “Let’s Go Giants!” chant breaking out as the game goes to commercial. This stadium is stunned after the opening drive. Will be interesting to see if Giants keep attacking through the air on this next possession,” a Twitter user said.

“Jefferson gets jammed at the line, disrupts the timing of the play and Cousins has to throw it away. Leads to a punt and some “Let’s go Giants” chants,” another one added.
“There is a very, very loud “Let’s Go Giants” chant breaking out at US Bank Stadium. That’s going to get even louder if the #Giants can find a way to get a touchdown here,” a third one tweeted.
The Giant’s game against the Vikings in the wild-card round is their first playoff game in six years.
After finishing with a 9-7-1 record in their first season under head coach Brian Daboll, the Giants are the No. 6 seed in the NFC going into the 2023 NFL postseason. For many players on the New York roster, including Daniel Jones and Saquon Barkley, this is their first playoff game ever.
The Vikings have been playing on edge the whole season; they are 11-0 in games decided by a single possession. They will be trying to avoid another suspenseful situation, but they have often shown their ability to perform under pressure.
It has been predicted that the Giants will upset the Vikings, but with playmakers like Justin Jefferson and Dalvin Cook starting for the home team, it won’t be simple.
