The Baltimore Ravens vs Jacksonville Jaguars game at TIAA Bank Stadium in Jacksonville was supposed to start at 1 p.m. ET on Sunday, but it didn’t because of inclement weather.

The two teams completed a full warmup before returning to the locker room, but lightning was spotted within 10 miles of the venue of the game, forcing the NFL to postpone the game until 1:25 p.m. ET.

How have the Ravens and Jaguars performed this year:

Baltimore competes in the AFC North division while Jacksonville competes in the AFC South.

Both teams are contrastingly placed in their groups after playing 10 games each up to this week in the 2022 NFL Season. The Ravens, having won seven games and losing just three, are atop the North while the Jaguars have just the opposite record with three wins and seven losses and are placed third in the South division of the American Football Conference.

The former has the 2019 league MVP in quarterback Lamar Jackson while the latter has 2021’s number one overall pick in QB Trevor Lawrence

Jackson’s team has secured big wins against Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Cincinnati Bengals but also has lost to contenders Miami Dolphins and Buffalo Bills in close games.

Lawrence has performed better in his second season, having recorded more TDs already than last year, 13 to be precise. His passing percentage has also improved to 65.2% this year, compared to the lowly 59% last season.

He earned his first AFC Offensive Player of the Week award for his performance against the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 3, when he threw for 262 yards and three touchdowns.
