Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans and New Orleans Saints cornerback Marshon Lattimore were both ejected after a scuffle on the field on Sunday.

Lattimore was seen arguing with Tampa quarterback Tom Brady in the fourth quarter. Mike Evans suddely came off the sideline and hit the New Orleans CB, setting off a brawl.

Both players received offsetting personal foul penalties. Lattimore was then taken down Marcus Maye.

Lattimore first went after Buccaneers wideout Scottie Miller on an incomplete pass. He was then seen jawing with Brady and and Leonard Fournette.

Fournette and Lattimore started shoving before Evans got involved. The former was, however, not thrown out.

In 2017, Evans shoved a then-rookie Lattimore after a game and went on to receive a one-game suspension for the same.

Speaking to ESPN’s Jeff Darlington about his history with Lattimore, Evans said on Sunday, “Super competitive. Today, he was just too emotional. You don’t throw punches at guys on the field. He threw a punch at Lenny, and I can’t let that happen to my teammates. So I shoved him… turned into a brawl.”

Meanwhile, Tampa Bay, without their top receiver, beat the Saints 20-10. This is Bucs’ first win over New Orleans in the Tom Brady era.
